Months are just flying by. How is this little peanut so big already? So young and already had her name and picture in print. Fun story time at the library in Greensville resulted in making the front cover of the Flamborough Review. There was a story about the story time, and who could resist that cute face?
Not a happy camper some mornings. But look at that hair! It's just getting longer and crazier each day.
Oh these boots. If they could talk, the stories they would tell. (lost within the first week at a party, searched high and low, convinced we had them, had to resign ourselves that the new boots were lost, to happy endings of being found!) I have been looking for a pair of Stonz for awhile, but just couldn't justify the hefty price tag. But found them for a great deal, and got the liners too. Eleanor's feet are just still so small, so these boots actually let us put her shoes on, and the boots overtop. Next winter they will probably still fit, minus the liners, so yay.
Happy groundhog day!
Loves to colour lately. Although throughly enjoys colouring with one hand and eating with the other one. lol.
Already following in her big sisters footsteps and playing dressup.
Wanting to be just like her sister, and sit at the big table.
Uh oh, driving already? She thought this was a blast.
And marshmallows, oh my goodness. I have never seen a child love marshmallows they way she does. It's crazy. And someone found her some chocolate covered ones. Sweet tooth just like dad.
Yay for books and wanting to read and look at them. She loves the touch and feel ones, but is quite content with flipping through them. Sandra Boyton has become a favourite again in the house. Crazy how I still remember all the words to them. They are fun and rhyming and she loves them.
Someone is in need of her own robe, she put one of Audra's old ones on, and looks absolutely adorable. Its a little big, so will need to pull out the smaller one for her. Need to go through some of the millions of totes we have, and get some bigger clothes out. Now that winter is finally done, time to pull out some spring and hopefully summer clothes. It's wonderful having a big sister, who was about the same size at this age. Gotta love hand me downs. We have some new cute spring and summer stuff, can't have all hand me downs.
Oh my Eleanor, you're getting so big. You chatter on, and say so much now. You still unfortunately scream a lot and love to yell. I guess you will always be our loud child. You are determined and stubborn and get into everything. You love to play with everything that is not yours, and not a toy. The amount of baby proofing we have done, and you still manage to find things you aren't supposed to play with. You can be so adorable when you smile and are in a great mood. We love that Eleanor. We wish we saw that side all the time. Every day is a crazy adventure and even though it's hectic and we never get enough sleep, it's all worth it. You complete our family little girl and we wouldn't change it for anything. xo
