The beginning of September saw us celebrating Nickey with a little bridal shower. Her colour is purple, so we incorporated that into some decorations.
I only got a few pictures in, will have to hit up the official photographer Charlotte, for the rest of them. Kat and I put on a great spread, if I do say so myself.
Made two fancy sandwich cakes, which I believe are called smorgasta (?). A Finnish thing. They went over pretty well. They weren't the nicest to cut up, But tasted good.
There were a few pinterest'ed items, like these individual salsa 7 layer dip cups. Also really yummy.
Broccoli and cheese quiche, because it wouldn't be a proper shower without quiche. lol.
And a little banner.
It was a good day, nice to see family and friends and celebrate the bride to be. Will have to get those other shower pictures.
