yummy apple pancakes
lots of apple sauce and apple butter (forgot to take pictures)
amazing apples dipped in homemade caramel sauce
apple caramel bread, using the same homemade caramel sauce
the bread was absolutely delicious
Audra and I made pumpkin cupcakes, and with the leftover pumpkin puree, made pumpkin rollups,
which turned out amazingly. Will be making these again!
And one of my favourite dinners of late, Nicoise Sald, but made with shrimp instead of tuna. As I look at that picture, I think I may want this for lunch or dinner tomorrow. Mmmm mmmm mmmm.
